We have represented clients before domestic tribunals relating to professional bodies. We have also advised clients on matters before the Competition Commission and investigatory tribunals formed by statutory boards.
Internationally, we have represented a client before the World Bank Sanctions Board (seat in Washington DC) in Case No. 122 culminating in Sanctions Decision No. 64, resulting in a rare withdrawal of all sanctions against our client. We are the first Singaporean law firm to so obtain a successful withdrawal of sanctions before the World Bank Sanctions Board.
